We provided feedback to the European Commission’s consultation on incident reporting requirements under Article 73 of the EU AI Act. Our submission addresses critical ambiguities in defining reportable incidents, identifies concrete edge and problematic scenarios across multiple high-risk AI applications, and analyses unclear and complex interactions with existing regulatory frameworks including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and the Critical Entities Resilience Directive.
